Arte 2000 Srl believes in the importance of privacy and in the responsible use of personal information collected on it web site, and fundamental principles for its economical business targets, respecting the values we believe in). Therefore we would like to reassure identified or identifiable visitors, and/or customers, hereinafter referred to as “Users”, who interact with Arte 2000 also through the web services, informing them that the processing of their collected personal data, hereinafter “Data”, will be based on principles of accuracy, legality, transparency and of protection of confidentiality and personal rights.
This notice is written according to art. 13 of legislative Decree n. 196 dated 30/03/2003 [the complete text is available on the website of the Garante (Authority for the Protection of Personal Data) www.garanteprivacy.it], “Personal data protection code”, hereinafter referred to as “Code”, which is aimed to the protection of persons and other subjects in matter of personal data protection.
It also respects the suggestions concerning the minimum requirements for the on-line collection of personal data among the European Union adopted by the European authorities on may 17, 2001 and by the EC concerning in particular procedures, timing and nature of the information that the owner have to provide to the user when connecting to the website, regardless of the purpose of the connection.
It concerns exclusively our websites https://www.arte2000.it and www.arte2000.eu, corresponding to the initial page of our company web page, hereinafter “Site” our business pages in social networks and not third party web pages that may be reached via links from our company website.
We kindly ask you to spend few minutes reading this section because, not receiving any different communication in this regard, the data provided by you also through the use of the site constitutes acceptance of the following notice, within the limits, for the purposes and the duration specified in the notice in question and according to the applicable law requirements. The company ARTE 2000 SRL Unipersonale, hereinafter referred to as “Arte 2000”, or “we” with registered office in Viale dell’Artigianato, 28 – 31014 Colle Umberto (TV) – Italy – VAT number 02118810262 – info@arte2000.it is the “Data controller” and is at your full disposal for any further information you may require at the given address.

 

Data processor:
The data processor appointed by the owner is Mr. Facchini Stefano, legal representative of the undersigned.
Your data will be processed by: 1) operators within the company staff as “Processor” or “Appointed” of the processing, authorized both by the owner and the data controller, they will be trained concerning security of personal data and Privacy law; 2) professionals or external companies, appropriately educated and designated by Arte 2000 on the processing, that have closely related functions, and a subsidiary role with the undersigned company related to the maintenance and management of the technological part of the sites, blog and social network; 3) third party for any accessory contractual obligation related to the user (e.g. forwarders) concerning exclusively the necessary data to perform the assigned role.

 

Place of processing:
The processing of data take place at the registered office of Arte 2000.
Given the existence of internet, computer or mail connections, all non-sensitive data can be made available abroad, even outside the European Union in order to enable the fulfilment of contractual obligations and / or laws.

 

Processing:
Data will be processed using paper, internet, computer and automated procedures suitable to store, manage and transmit the data, for the needed duration and for the reasons strictly related to the purposes they have been collected for. Appropriate security measures will be used to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, updating and relevance of the data in order to prevent data loss, improper use, not correct or undue access of third parties or unauthorized persons.

 

Duration of the processing

The provision of not marked data is optional as corresponding fields in the form are not mandatory; the empty field will not affect neither the sending of the message nor the supplying of the service.
In case the user is sending name or other personal information of third party, because necessary to the service requested, this means made in compliance with the Privacy Policy and authorized in advance by the concerned subject.

 

Newsletter service:
It is not mandatory and can be subscribed by filling the form on our website and providing the consent for processing of personal data.
The newsletter service is free and has no time obligation, it has the aim of maintaining the relation with the user and of conducting survey to verify the user’s satisfaction degree on the offered or requested services. It allows receiving, directly to your mailbox, site updates, notices about the activity of Arte 2000 for institutional, documented, educational, promotional, advertising, commercial purposes, of social cohesion and of awareness to social problems. It’s possible to unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of every newsletter received, the address will be automatically deleted from our database.
For sending and managing the Newsletter, Arte 2000 uses the web service provided by MailChimp, an e-mail service offered on www.mailchimp.com web page. It allows creating, managing and sending electronic information messages – newsletter –to the single user. It is managed and owned by the Company “The Rocket Science Group LLC”, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave Ne, Suite 5000, Atlanta, Georgia 30308 – USA, hereinafter referred to as “MailChimp” and has registered trademark. All collected data are confidential and are stored online on a secure server platform belonging to MailChimp. It has the seal “TRUSTe Certified Privacy”, that means that their privacy policy was sized up by TRUSTe, third independent party which handles a trusted privacy label known worldwide that ensures the observance of the program requirements and the accordance of the software with transparency, reliability, collection choice and use of personal data requirements. As stated in the privacy policy of MailChimp, your personal data will never be directly used or sold to third party by MailChimp. MailChimp works with operators duly authorized to the maintenance of the service and in function of their role they may have access to your data. MailChimp privacy policy terms will be applied.

 

Social network:
The participation in our pages published on social network is free and optional. The explicit and voluntary sending of personal messages through the use of the forms available on each Site, involves the acquisition by Arte 2000 of any personal data included in the message.
